Covid-19 information

The safety of our customers and staff is of the utmost importance and we will be following all the governments guidelines. As such the ‘new normal’ has prompted us to look carefully at how best to continue our business whilst protecting both customers and staff and so have decided to work a little differently until such times as Covid-19 is defeated when we intend to go back to our normal office hours.

We will operate with reduced opening hours (see below) for all customers but outside these hours we will offer time slots for those customers who wish to discuss their future holiday plans. 

Our reduced hours will apply to remote working at times when the law prohibits us from opening, please be assured though our intentions are to be present in the office when we are legally able to do so.

This new appointment system will allow customers to fully discuss their thoughts without waiting or interruption and with a staff member who is expert in the chosen area.

We are happy to fix appointment times convenient to you upon request by email or by phone.

We thank you for your great support throughout these difficult times and hope that the above offers a gentle easing back into business with the intention to resume our normal office hours as soon as possible.

We have always felt proud of the customer service we offer and although it has been a very busy and difficult few months, amending, cancelling bookings and obtaining refunds, the support you have all given us has seen us through!!

New Office Opening Hours:

Monday, Tuesday,Thursdays and Fridays - 10am-2pm and onwards By Appointment

Wednesdays - Remote working - fully contactable by Phone or Email

Saturdays - 9am - 1pm

Outside of the new office hours we can still be contacted by phone or email
as we have been since lockdown begun.
